Manufacturing Production Operator

Dynamic, rapidly growing plastic molding and coating company has immediate openings for self-motivated, dependable candidates to support and run manufacturing production machinery and equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Load & Unload customer parts on production lines
• Assist in Set-Up and changeover from one customer to the next
• Assist team leaders in all production related tasks and issues
• Learn and be responsible for inspection criteria of finished goods
• Become proficient at all secondary operations such as packaging, assembly die cutting and pad printing
• Cleaning and organizing work areas

Essential Qualifications:

• Possess a solid work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Ability and commitment to work a minimum of 40-hour work week
• Self-starter with willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow direction and work without direct supervision
• High school graduate or GED
• Ability to understand and speak English
